Abstract
|

|
34.9 per cent of test strains, 126 strains of tubercle bacilli which isolated in Chonnam
district, was resistant to single drug of SM, PAS and INAH. And, additional 58.0 per
cent and 7.1 per cent was resistant to two kinds and three kinds of drug respectively.
No any strain sensitive together to SM, PAS and INAH was found among the test
strains.
The strain of which spot test was stronger positivity, compared with the weaker one,
seems to get, in vitro, a little higher resistance to some drugs.
